A classic panel style filled with about 50% sand / 50% plastic pellets. These are around 80% full to start, and break in with normal use to be around 70% full. We have other styles if you want something less full and more floppy. Why do I mix fillings? Mixing the two helps me get the fullness / weight I want and has a great feel. This is a great all around style for solo juggling and passing with your friends with the occasional freestyle trick mixed in. Attached photo shows a Grenade I have been playing with to show fullness / material slack.

Rule #1 - The better you take care of your footbag, the longer it will last!
Rule #2 - Avoid scraping the hacky sack under your feet on asphalt to scoop it up, this is not good for the longevity of your sweet, sweet footbag! Doing this will shred it!
Rule #3 - Footbags get dirty... this happens. You'll notice I don't use White material on any of my styles. Best to clean with a warm, damp rag. Avoid getting your bag soaking wet as it gets a little stiff when it dries. It's not the end of the world, just a recommendation!
Rule #4 - Kick it and have fun! Don't stress about it!
